Floating Dock Solutions Like None Other

My experience with the staff at GSD has been great. From sales, to installation and service, a great overall experience. Installation was completed when they said it would. The staff was professional and friendly. They came back to make an adjustment to the floating dock when needed at no charge. Two weeks later, Hurricane Helene came for a visit. The dock survived and the GSD staff came back out to check the dock and resecured the dock at a reasonable price. This is the kind of product and service I hoped to receive. If I ever need another dock or have friends / family that need a floating dock, I would recommend GSD.

The Gulf Stream drive on boat lift has been working great for our 21 foot Switch boat. Because it is so easy to drive on and off the lift we are using the boat much more than our previous boat. We already have 10 hours on the boat in a few months compared to 30 hours over 15 years on our previous boat that was kept on a conventional lift. The Gulf Steam Docks’ lift was very easy to assemble and I like the fact that we can take it apart in sections and store it on the shore over winter. I would recommend this lift to anyone. Dealing with the team at Gulf Stream Docks was fantastic and made us feel great about our decision even considering we were located in a different country.

I just wanted to say thanks for getting the guys here to make the adjustments to our floating dock. Sorry, I can’t recall their names…but the two guys who came are the same two who initially installed the dock. They’re friendly, professional, and were very helpful. All in all we’re really satisfied with our GSD installation and look forward to many years of using it.

Great experience. They responded to my email inquiry within 24 hours and were extremely helpful to me in choosing the right dock for my needs. Prices were very reasonable and materials were shipped within 2-3 days. GSD docks are well designed and extremely easy to assemble. They promptly responded to my questions during the assembly process. All in all I am very pleased with my dock.
